Let’s be honest, operating an online business can be confusing at times. Managerial tasks can become overwhelming when working alone and sometimes it can be even more difficult when working with other people, especially when you’re not necessarily sure who to trust. This is why

I’ve created a FREE guide to working with EVS as your Virtual Assistant. You can download the guide here (link to download guide) and get to know me, the services I provide and any other relevant information in this PDF.

We’ve created this blog to make things easier. Here is a general guide to working with EVS as your Virtual Assistant:

Do you need additional support and is it affordable for you?
As a small-business owner, there often comes a point where it is incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to manage everything on your own. Even if you do manage everything on your own, it may not be as efficient and effective as you’d want it to be in terms of time and quality.
If you find yourself in this position, then this is where I can be of service. To work with me, please first assess what it is that you’re looking for. You can book a consultation with me or read the services I provide, which are listed on the page titled, “My Services”. You can also read this blog on “What is a virtual assistant, how I can help you and what your ROI will be (link to this blog, so they can read it after). Ask yourself too, if you have the budget to hire a Virtual Assistant at this point in time. You can find the packages I offer here.

How to hire me as a Virtual Assistant?
The first step in hiring me as a virtual assistant is to make a list of the tasks you want to give me. Make a complete list that prioritizes the activities you want to delegate. For example, if you find it overly time-consuming and tedious to record, store, manage or analyze financial records for your company, put that at the top of your list and let me know when you book a call with me. Or, if you have trouble keeping up within your email’s inbox and responding in a timely manner, prioritize this need.
The next step is to book a call with me to discuss your specific needs in detail. From here we can discuss any concerns that you may have, as well as how I can help you with the areas that you’re seeking support in.
The next step is determining whether or not you’d like to officially hire me and whether you’d like to work together long-term or just for a small project that you’re working on. Again, the packages I offer can be found here.

What is my schedule? How much should you pay me and how many hours will you need?
I’m available Monday through Friday and my communication hours are 9am-3pm. I perform client work within those hours or sometimes in the evening if the time of day is not an issue. I can provide a task tracker sheet where you would write down your daily tasks and then we can look at where you need support and how much time that would be. If your need is smaller, we can provide an hourly rate to get you started. Try to determine a ball-park range of hours that is reasonable for you and your budget. My goal is to help your business to be profitable, so we can then delegate tasks to ensure that you remain within budget and I can track this for you as well, if needed. The best way to contact me is by email @ sandyd.estrela@gmail.com.
